Continual Feast
Companion Care offers a variety of services to allow
you to have a care plan individualized to your needs. A
member of our care team will meet with you and your
family to assist you in creating a plan that meets your
needs. We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all
approach. You are able to select one service or any
combination of our unique service offerings to create
your own personalized care plan to meet your specific
needs.
Hourly Services
This is the ideal way to
provide peace of mind for you and your family. Have an
aide come by for a few hours a day anywhere from one (1)
to seven (7) days a week. For all of our hourly services
there is a three (3) hour minimum.

Companion Care:
Light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry
assistance, wonderful companionship, medication
reminders, errand assistance and more. This is
our “hands-off” services to provide our clients
with support and companionship in their home. |

Companion Plus:
All of the services in the Companion Care, but
the home health aide or certified nursing
assistant who comes will also be able to assist
with bathing, dressing, toileting assistance and
transfers. Also known as the “hands-on” care.
All Companion Plus services have regularly
scheduled RN oversight at no additional charge. |

Service Packages
Perfect for people who
just need a little assistance in the morning or evening,
but do not need a caregiver in their home for hours at a
time.

Good Morning:
Sometimes people just need a little assistance
to get up and going. This service includes
assistance out of bed, bathing assist, dressing
assist, breakfast preparation and a medication
reminder. |

|
Good Night:
After a day at home, you may just need some help
getting to bed. The aide will clean up dinner
dishes, provide a medication reminder, and
assist with dressing and getting into bed. |
|
|
Bath Visit:
A quick visit by a home health aide or certified
nursing assistant to provide bathing assistance
for a loved one. |

Extended Care
Sometimes more care is
needed. This is a very cost effective way to provide
around-the-clock assistance. There is a reduced daily
charge for these services saving you over $200 per day.
The aide must be able to get eight (8) hours of sleep
each night, five (5) of them continuously.

Live-In: The
carefully matched aide will come and stay in the
home for 2–4 days at a time. Usually two aides
will rotate in to provide consistency of care. |
|
|
Overnight:
Aides can stay up to 12 hours and provide
assurance that if something is needed overnight,
someone is there to help. |
