How do you design my personal care plan?
Your needs and the needs
of your family are unique. A personal care plan is
designed to improve your quality of life through:
 |
Customized and
flexible personalized care plans. |
 |
Carefully selected
and trained caregivers. |
 |
Consistent
caregiver relationships. |
 |
Rapid start-up
times. |
 |
Regular family
updates. |
Our support makes the
difference. Your personal care plan is developed with
you at the center. We begin by listening. You select the
services that interest you, and together we create a
plan that caters to your daily lifestyle.

What happens next?
Once your personal care
plan is established, we select a caregiver to help you
meet your needs. Our goal is to help you maintain the
highest quality of life. We accomplish this by
developing a long-term relationship between you, your
family, and our caregiver.

Are your caregivers certified?
Members of our staff are
carefully selected and trained to provide you with top
quality service. In addition, all of our Home Health
Aides are certified through the State of Minnesota. Each
caregiver undergoes continual training to learn the
latest procedures.
Our qualified staff
provides services ranging from just a few hours a week,
to 24 hours a day.

Are the caregivers bonded and
insured?
Yes, all of our caregivers
are bonded and insured.
How do you select your caregivers?
We are very selective with
our caregivers. After filling out the applications in
our office, they are interviewed by a member of our
Staffing team. If they pass that, we check references
from past healthcare employers. Home health aides and
certified nursing assistants will then take a written
competency exam. Following that there is an orientation
to our company and policies and then a clinical
competency test to ensure that all aides can perform
their tasks. All caregivers must also pass a drug screen
to work for us.

Who pays employment taxes and workers
compensation?
All of our caregivers are
employees of Continual Feast Companion Care. We pay all
of the taxes and workers compensation as required by
law. We do not use independent contractors.

I have a rewards program through my
credit card. Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, we accept Visa and
MasterCard.

Does insurance cover these
services?
No, health insurance will
not cover this. However, if you have long term care
insurance, they may cover all or parts of the services
depending on your policy. We have worked with many long
term care insurance companies with this to either get
our clients reimbursed by their insurance company or in
some cases we have billed the insurance company
ourselves.
